The Mission of the OCECD (Ohio Coalition for the Education of Children with Disabilities) is to ensure that every Ohio child with special needs receives a free, appropriate, public education in the least restrictive environment to enable that child to reach his/her highest potential. Southwest Ohio SERRC (Special Education Regional Resource Center) Fast and good response to questions and requests for help. SERRC sends you a packet of booklets that are excellent and has a local rep that, given advance notice, can attend meetings with you to help implement the I.E.P. Their local rep for our area is Robin Bryant (513) 791-4600.
